The Waterworks

A principal of Upton+Partners took the lead in negotiating the ground lease with the Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAM) and the processing of all other historic, environmental and building permits.

Additionally, he managed the unique architectural and landscape designs of four turn-of-the-century historically-sensitive buildings which collectively functioned as former water supply pumping facility for the City of Boston. This award winning project was completed within the budget of $110 million and on schedule and remains 100% sold.
