As the Director of Development and Construction, a principal of Upton Partners assumed management responsibility for land acquisition, engineering, architectural design, permitting and approval and construction. Upton Partners negotiated the public agreements with all State and City public agencies.

Upton+Partners achieved the permitted zoning of over 2.0 million SF as the foundation for future mixed-use development now being implemented by Boston Properties of Boston, Massachusetts.

This multi-purpose arena and public transportation center located at North Station was completed on time under strict deadlines and under the budget of $275 million.
