LogMeIn Headquarters

As an Owner’s Representative, Upton+Partners managed 117,000 square feet of tenant expansion for the corporate offices of LogMeIn in the Boston Seaport District.

Upton+Partners negotiated the building lease with the building owner and a tax incentive plan with the City of Boston Assessor’s Office, the BRA and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in record time.

Upton+Partners managed all permits and approvals, project design and engineering and fast-track construction.

The project was completed on schedule and under budget while providing for a timely move-in by the tenant.

The LogMeIn Headquarters totals 117,000 square feet within eight floors of workspace.

Ocean 650

Upton+Partners, as a visionary pioneer, became the sole developer of this contemporary multi-family apartment project at Waterfront Square, located on the Revere Beach oceanfront adjacent to a new $85 million MBTA parking garage and transportation center.

Upton+Partners navigated the local and State permitting and approval process while establishing positive relationships with the City of Revere, the MBTA, the Massachusetts Department of Conservations and Recreation, neighbors and the business community.

The project will finish ahead of schedule and within budget constraints in early 2017.

Costanoa

As an equity partner with Prime Property Capital, Inc., a principal of Upton+Partners directed the acquisition, entitlement, permits and approvals, design, financing and construction of this environmentally sensitive project situated on a 40,000-acre pristine site on the northern California coastline.

Upton+Partners managed 24 State and Federal permits and approvals, instituted “El Nino” construction methodology and adjacent highway designs to provide access to the site. Facilities included a boutique hotel, enclosed tent structures, retail and dining accommodations and planned recreational open space.

The project was awarded the “Deal of the Year” in 1999 by the Ernst & Young and San Francisco Business Journal and was featured in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and USA Today.

Museum of Fine Arts Boston

Acting as the Owner’s Representative reporting to the MFA Board of Trustees, Upton+Partners was responsible for all development and construction activities for the development of the New American Wing of the Museum of Fine Arts/Boston. This landmark Boston project was completed under the budget of $345 million and ahead of schedule.
